Ashley Rock Wylie, RN MS MBA is a compassionate community servant and visionary who applies her academic background, leadership experience, and innate ability to create partnerships and leverage resources in various industries to advance population health and business success.  She began her career as a youth services coordinator with HIV infected youth at her mom’s non-profit, LIGHT Health and Wellness; then later operationalized a University of Maryland’s School of Medicine’s HIV Primary Care Clinic known as the JACQUES Initiative and taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. After years of serving in the heart of the community, she transitioned to a position to impact public health on a macro level as a Director of Regional Care Coordination at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Although Ashley enjoyed her roles working for a major hospital system and a large corporation, it was important to her that she became a businessowner.  Her first business endeavor was in 2012 when she founded Dreams 2 Reality, a non-profit business consulting firm through which she has helped many successful non-profits organize and launch.  Alongside her husband, Brandon Wylie, Ashley owns and operates two businesses, Above It All Mental Health Program, a program that provides Therapy, Therapeutic Mentorship, Substance Use Disorder Treatment and more; as well as and Fleurs d’Ave Floral Boutique that provides creative and beautiful floral arrangements for all of life’s special occasions and everyday décor.

Ashley serves on several community boards and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
